  • What is a Serviced Apartment?
  • They are privately owned luxury city centre apartments that we offer as an alternative to hotel accommodation which offer a range of advantages over a hotel room. In essence, you get the equivalent of a hotel suite for a fraction of the cost

  • Why a Serviced Apartment?
  • Our serviced apartments offer flexible, spacious, comfortable and homely accommodation and therefore offer a cutting edge over standard hotel accommodation at an affordable price.

    You benefit from having the ability to cook in a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and relax in spacious accommodation which includes a fully fitted bathroom, lounge and bedroom.

  • Can I view a Serviced Apartment?
  • We do not have the facility to show you around apartments. Each property however does have illustrative photographs under the Property Details Section of the website.

  • How do I book?
  • You can Request a Call back, Call Reservations on 0845 148 9 148 or complete the on-line Booking Form and “Submit”. We will then contact you on the same day (during normal working days) to check availability and if appropriate process your Booking Request and take payment.

  • How do I know my booking is confirmed?
  • Submission of a reservation is not a confirmation of a booking. A booking is only accepted and confirmed when we take payment and /or send you a Confirmation of Booking. We reserve the right to refuse your booking request.

  • What if I don't turn up for my booked apartment?
  • Any failure to turn up or to occupy an apartment as detailed in the Confirmation of Booking is classified as a cancellation and no refund is due whatsoever.

  • How do I cancel?
  • You can cancel in writing only by completing the online Cancellation Form.

    If you cancel your Booking, 14 clear working days in advance of arrival, you will receive a full refund minus a £45 cancellation fee.

    If you cancel your Booking without 14 clear working days notice or do not have 14 clear working days between your booking and arrival or do not show up, you will receive no refund whatsoever.

    A cancellation is only valid once we have issued a Cancellation Number.

  • How do I collect my keys?
  • Once your booking is confirmed, we will give you full instructions on key collection.

  • How do I pay?
  • Currently, payment is taken by telephone. Payment can be made by credit or debit card.

  • How do I complain?
  • If you are unhappy in any way, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve matters.

  • What time is Check In?
  • Check In time is from 3pm. If you need to check in earlier, please ask and we will try to accommodate your needs.

  • What time is Check Out?
  • Check Out time is at the latest, 11am. If you need to check out later, please ask and we will try to accommodate your needs.
